I’ve been dying to try this place out ever since I heard about the opening, but with Katy being quite the trek, I opted to wait for some of the hoopla to die down to avoid the lines as well as for an opportunity to actually be in the area. I arrived around 1PM to find only 2 other diners inside and the 2 later groups of people who arrived after me, primarily ordering take out requests.
