One Roast

New spot in Dynasty Plaza that’s definitely worth checking out if you’re a fan of Cantonese-style roasted meats.

I tried the 3-meat combo. The duck was a little bonier than I would’ve preferred, but the char siu and roasted pork belly more than made up for it — both were flavorful and well-roasted.

This is currently one of the hotter new openings in the area, so expect long lines during peak lunch hours. Arriving early or going during off-hours is probably your best bet.
