Les Noo’dle
While the restaurant soft opened over a month ago, Les Noo’dle (the re-branded Les Bagets) officially opened today. In celebration of it’s grand opening, they showcased the Pho Royale — a giant cauldron of pho filled with various meats and capable of feeding a family of 3.
Those who follow me on Instagram know how much I love the broth here and am constantly singing it’s praises. I especially appreciate that they don’t skimp on their protein and actually use quality meats. While I am sadden that I can no longer order the vermicelli salad bowls or banh mi’s at this location, the added chicken and vegan options are a nice addition to their menu.
Parking can be tricky with the limited parking space and the newly added No Parking signs on the public streets, but Les Noo’dle is one of those places I would happily walk through flood waters just for a nice savory bowl of their beef pho.
