    Les Noo’dle

    While the restaurant soft opened over a month ago, Les Noo’dle (the re-branded Les Bagets) officially opened today. In celebration of it’s grand opening, they showcased the Pho Royale — a giant cauldron of pho filled with various meats and capable of feeding a family of 3. Those who follow me on Instagram know how much I love the broth here and am constantly singing it’s praises. I especially appreciate that they don’t skimp on their protein and actually use quality meats.     Lua Viet Kitchen

    I was on my way to Good Dog Houston for lunch when I spotted Lua Viet Kitchen opened for business. Never one to pass on trying a new Asian restaurant in the area, I turned around and opted for lunch here instead. There was a soft opening sign on the door and a small group of people already inside the restaurant.
