    I was happy to learn the Chef would open a restaurant in Houston after watching Episode 4 of Netflix’s Ugly Delicious. She spoke with so much conviction about Viejun food that my taste buds were excited to try something new. A part of me was also giddy with the prospect of the Chef possibly offering Bun Bo Hue on their menu in the near future.     Les Noo’dle

    While the restaurant soft opened over a month ago, Les Noo’dle (the re-branded Les Bagets) officially opened today. In celebration of it’s grand opening, they showcased the Pho Royale — a giant cauldron of pho filled with various meats and capable of feeding a family of 3. Those who follow me on Instagram know how much I love the broth here and am constantly singing it’s praises. I especially appreciate that they don’t skimp on their protein and actually use quality meats.
