I’ve died and gone to matcha heaven! Never before have I dined at a place in Houston (or elsewhere in another Asiantown), where there was such a variety of offerings and every single item on the menu had matcha in it. Definitely one of those times I wish I had multiple stomachs or at the least, brought a large group with me so I could try more items. I should warn that the matcha here is strong and has a slight bitterness to it. Those accustomed to the lighter (and diluted) variety found in American Establishments will be in for a shock.
